Case study 01 · Marketing automation

38% of prospects convert with no human touch.

2017 – present · Built in-house · Live across 12 communities

Website inquiry → EliseAI qualifies and books → Yardi holds the record → follow-up runs itself. The first human a prospect meets is at the tour.

01 · Problem

Inquiry to tour ran on people.

Every inquiry landed with on-site staff. A person read it, answered it, qualified the prospect, found a tour slot, and chased the follow-up. Twelve communities meant twelve versions of that work.

The job was not to make that faster. It was to remove the human steps between inquiry and tour entirely — and keep the record clean in the system the business already ran on.

02 · System

Four systems, one path, no hand-offs to a person.

The community website takes the inquiry. EliseAI runs the conversation: it qualifies the prospect and books the tour. Yardi holds the record. Follow-up runs on the same rails. Nothing in that path waits on a person.

The system diagram on this page is the whole thing. Where a human would normally sit, there is a dashed box: none. The only solid human step is the tour.

03 · Configured vs. coded

What the vendors do, what I built.

Configured · vendor tools
EliseAI — the qualification conversation and the tour booking. Yardi — the system of record. I set both up and I operate them.
Coded · in-house
The community websites and the inquiry funnels that feed the pipeline, and the hand-offs between website, EliseAI and Yardi that keep a person out of the loop.
My role
Designed the pipeline, chose and configured the vendor tools, built the web layer, and stay to operate it.
Vendors' role
EliseAI runs the conversations. Yardi holds the record. Neither designed the path.

38%

05 · Industry context

Context, not a comparison.

Lead-to-lease rates swing by 150% or more depending on how a "lead" is defined, so these figures sit here as context only.
